Bubblegum Crisis Volume Two is the second of three DVD disc coillecting the classic anime cyberpunk series, and contains three episodes: Revenge Road, Moonlight Rambler and Red Eyes. Volume Two continues the story of the Knight Sabers and their battles in the post-apocalyptic world of Mega Tokyo. With the constant threats from the evil Genom Corporation and their rampaging Boomers, it's truly a wonder that these four woman have time for their band.

'Revenge Road' features a mysterious black car, the Griffon, which is hunting down members of the Outriders, a rebellious biker gang. The Knight Sabers get involved when Priss becomes a victim of the Griffon, and ends up run over by her own motorcycle. The Knight Sabers discover who is controlling the Griffon, as well as the reason behind his attacks on the Outriders, and the action takes a high-speed turn towards danger.

'Moonlight Rambler' finds the Knight Sabers at war with Genom over a mysterious space station. Five young women die attempting to escape from the Space Island Genaros, and their crash landing near MegaTokyo sets the events in motion. Meanwhile, a "vampire" is the talk of the city, but it seems more likely that it's a rouge 33-S model Boomer, designed to run on human blood. Can the Knight Sabers restore order to MegaTokyo?

'Red Eyes' is the story of the Knight Sabers' turn toward evil. They've attacked a Genom warehouse, stealing a valuable container of combat Boomers. It looks like the Knight Sabers have become heartless mercenaries -- or maybe it's the work of the mysterious Largo and his Boomer impostors. Largo dreams of bringing down both Genom and the Knight Sabers, and as an utterly ruthless, one-of-a-kind Boomer, he might be able to do it. His ultimate goal is to lead a Boomer revolution, and he's willing to do anything to accomplish his goal.
